The logistics company needed a solution to
count a customer's stock as the stock on hand file was incorrect, which impacted on stock availability, so required RGIS to provide the following:

SOLUTION
The logistics company partnered with RGIS to complete the
stock on hand file correction count project, and provided the following:

Stock accurately counted and bin locations reported
- Scheduled a team of
20 experienced RGIS auditors for nine days
- The logistics company designated an area to count each day
- No stock movements were allowed to occur in the specified area, until the count and checking was completed, and system updated with the new output file

Variance check was completed at count completion each day
RESULTSThe logistics company found by outsourcing the
